| Situated in a quiet part of Skiathos Town, just 30 metres below
the upper church of Theotokoy, 5 minutes walk to the Harbour and centre, and just 10
minutes stroll to the nearest beach of Megali Amos, Evthymias House is in an ideal
location for a wonderful holiday. From the terraced roof garden, one has views out over the harbour to the east, or towards the hills surrounding Skiathos to the north and west. |

Evthymias House consists of a ground floor with a large lounge,
complete with fireplace, a roomy kitchen, a WC & shower and a shady patio area. Leading up to the first floor are beautiful stairs made from African Iroko wood the dark colour of which contrasts nicely with the pitch-pine doors and windows.

| The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds and French
Doors leading on to balconies. There is another toilet complete with bath. It is centrally heated throughout. From the main balcony, wrought iron stairs lead to the roof garden where you can catch the passing breezes and take in the views under the shade of a large parasol. |
