Irini’s house is not a commercial group of tourist apartments. It is a wonderful and unique independent apartment of 90 sq.m., that offers you the opportunity to have a completely relaxing holiday in an environment that feels just like it was your own holiday home.

It is a fully renovated apartment, equipped with all items necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay, serving either a family or a group of friends up to 4 people.

The apartment has great views to the sea and probably its very best asset is that it is located right above the beach of Megali Ammos. Next to the building a path leads directly on to this popular sandy beach. On this beach you will find a water sports school, several bars and restaurants and rental sun beds and umbrellas. The apartment provides a comfortable balcony that allows you to enjoy the views to the beach and to the sea.

Irini’s house is located on just a few minutes walking distance from town. In the direct environment of this outstanding apartment there are several supermarkets on very short distance, as well as car rentals and tourist shops. There is a bus stop nearby that can take you to many other beaches, and has the end station at Koukounaries beach, the most famous beach of Skiathos.

When walking into town, the road will lead you straight into the Papadiamanti Street, the main street of Skiathos town, full of shops, restaurants and bars. When walking down the Papadiamanti street, you will enter the harbour, where many café’s and bars are established, with view to the sea, the traditional fishing boats and the incoming ferries.

How to find us
If you arrive by airplane: Take a taxi form the airport  (1,5 km)

If you arrive by boat or hydrofoil: Take the bus at the end of the harbour (Megali Ammos is the 4th bus stop. bus departs every 15 minutes) Distance form the 4th bus stop to Irini's house: 100 meters/330 feet.
Or you take a taxi from the harbour.

If you arrive by private boat: You can moor at the bay of Megali Ammos.

  • 50% deposit of the total amount, at the time of reservation

  • Payment method: Cash. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, and the remaining amount during your stay in Irini's house.
  • 10% the daily rate for bookings up to 1st of March

Το IRINI’S HOUSE δεν είναι τουριστικό συγκρότημα διαμερισμάτων. Είναι ένα και μοναδικό ανεξάρτητο διαμέρισμα 90 τ.μ. που προσφέρει την απόλυτη αίσθηση διακοπών σαν να βρίσκεστε στο δικό σας εξοχικό σπίτι.

 Είναι ένας πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χώρος, εξοπλισμένος με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ιδανικά άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή και διαρρυθμισμένος για να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερα άτομα· μια παρέα ή μια οικογένεια.

 Βρίσκεται στον κοντινότερο οικισμό από την πόλη με απεριόριστη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου και με άμεση πρόσβαση στην πλαζ της Μεγάλης Άμμου, όπου διατίθενται ενοικιαζόμενες ομπρέλες, ενώ υπάρχουν ταβέρνες και cafe bar πάνω στο κύμα, σχολή θαλασσίων σπορ κλπ.

  
Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Μεγάλης Άμμου θα βρείτε, επίσης, Super Market, γραφεία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων και μοτοποδηλάτων, καταστήματα με είδη θαλάσσης και τουριστικών ειδών.

  Τέλος, η καλοκαιριάτικη κοσμοπολίτικη καρδιά του νησιού, ο πεζόδρομος της οδού Παπαδιαμάντη, χτυπάει στα 300 μέτρα μακριά από την εξώπορτα του IRINI'S HOUSE

Αν με αεροπλάνο: Με ταξί από αεροδρόμιο (1,5 χλμ.)

 Αν με φέρρυ ή ταχύπλοα: Με το λεωφορείο (4η στάση ή στάση Μεγάλη Άμμος κάθε 15λεπτα από το νέο λιμάνι. Απόσταση στάσης από το IRINIS HOUSE: περίπου 100 μέτρα/330 πόδια) ή με ταξί.

 Αν με μικρό ιδιωτικό ταχύπλοο σκάφος: Παραλία Μεγάλης Άμμου.

 Αν από το παλιό λιμάνι: 15 λεπτα με τα πόδια.
