Situated at Agios Fanourios, above the town of Skiathos, in quiet and peaceful surroundings, is the rooming house of Stavros and Maria Messinis.

With wonderful views out over the town, the harbour, towards Xenamo and the north coast, and with the warmth and hospitality of Maria, Stavros and their daughter Konstantina, you are guaranteed to have a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The accommodation consists of four double bedded rooms and three triple bedded rooms. (A fourth bed can be added to the larger rooms).

An apartment for 4 with a separate bedroom and a kitchen is also available.

From this year on there are also four apartments available in Skiathos Town.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with open kitchen and a bathroom. These apartments sleep 4-6 people, and are especially suitable for families.

Each room is fully furnished, has its own balcony and is equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle & television. The standard of accommodation is of the highest.

The rooms also have heating for the cooler evenings in the beginning and end of the season.

	Stavros is a master craftsman working with stone and marble and has put all his care and attention into creating a special environment for you to enjoy.
How to find Stavros and Maria:

Just 5 minutes from Skiathos Town centre and also 5 minutes from Megali Ammos Beach, the rooming house is ideally situated whilst still being away from the hustle and bustle.

100 metres away are shops and tavernas and the bus stop where you can catch the bus to all the other beautiful beaches of the island.

Stavros will meet you at the airport or harbour and transfer you to your room.
