In the area of Agia Triadha, behind the church we offer you this charming town house for rent. Set in a small side street in a characteristic old neighbourhood you will find this independent and comfortably decorated house that fits 1-3 people. On ground level there are the kitchen and the bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a lounge/bedroom with chimney, and balcony in the front. This charming house was renovated in 2006 and is simple and sweet, all you need during your stay on Skiathos. It has the beach of Megali Ammos on walking distance, and is close to the bus stop and the center of Town.

It is offered for seasonal rentals, at a reasonable price throughout the summer. Minimum booking: 4 days. 

Στη περιοχη της Αγιας Τροιαδας, πίσω από την εκκλησία, προσφέρουμε προς ενοικίαση αυτό το γοητευτικό σπιτάκι. Βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο δρομάκι, και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 1-3 άτομα. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται η κουζινα και το μπανιο. Στον πρώτο όροφο βρίσκεται το σαλόνι/υπνοδωματιο με το μπαλκονι μπροστα. Το σπιτάκι ανακαινίστηκε το 2006, και εκπεμπει νησιώτικη γοητεία. Ειναι κοντα στην σταση του λεοφορειου, στην πρωτη παραλια τη Μεγαλη Αμμο, και στην κεντρικη οδος Παπαδιαμαντη. Νοικιάζεται όλη την καλοκαιρινή σαιζόν, με ελάχιστη κράτηση 4 ημέρες.
