This is a wonderful villa above Tzaneria Beach on the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsular. Set among pine trees, this villa has stunning views towards the beaches at Tzaneria and Sklithri, over the bay to Skiathos Town and across the channel to Skopelos Island. The villa is completely private and nestles in the shade of beautiful old pine trees.

The villa comprises of separate accommodations. The main villa is on two floors with the ground floor comprising of a large salon with a fireplace, a large fully fitted kitchen, a dining area and a WC with shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. There are large terraces in front of both floors.

Next to the main villa is guest accommodation of two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. There is another large terrace in front of this building. There is a third building with a large salon, a bedroom and a bathroom. It has a balcony with a shady wooden patio roof. All the terraces and the balcony have beautiful sea views.

Steps lead down towards the beaches of Tzaneria and Kanapitsa, which are both just 5 minutes walk away. Under the terrace of the main villa is another room with a bathroom suitable for an extra guest or a maid. Garden terraces and potted plants complete the picture.

The house is available from May to the end of October.
