VILLA NIKH

Villa Nikh is situated only 4 km from the town, just above Vassilias beach.

The villa stands in a beautiful garden with a lawn & olive trees.

Because of it’s elevation, it has wonderful views of the ocean and neighbouring islands, and even on the hottest days, fresh cooling breezes.

It is only 5 minutes walk from the bus stop (No 9) which gives easy and regular access to all the beautiful beaches and the town.

Vassilias beach is only 10 minutes walk down the hill, and is a beautiful beach with a pool and a great Taverna.

Several other beaches are easily reached by foot.

The Villa has five fully equipped, comfortable double studios, with bathrooms and self catering facilities.

In the garden there is a barbecue area under a grape vine where guests gather for sundowners or a barbecue.

The managers are from South Africa and take pride in ensuring that their guests have a fantastic Skiathos experience.

The rates for Summer 2008 are:
June and September:    E50 per day or E280 per week for longer bookings.
July:                            E50 per day or E315 per week for longer bookings.
August:                        E60 per day or E385 per week for longer bookings.
