Villa Stratos is a recently built villa that offers 3 fully equipped suites. All of the suites have their own private grounds and stunning view of the Aegean Sea overlooking Skopelos & Tsougria Islands and Evvia. Two of the suites can accommodate 2 people each and there is one that is suitable for two people and a young adult. The accommodations are not suitable for young children.

 The villa is situated on a hill top in the Achladies area, surrounded by pine and olive trees. The area is peaceful and quite whilst still being close to all amenities and many beaches. The main town of Skiathos is 3 km away and the beautiful beach of Achladies is only a short 2 minute drive. Also, within the same area, our guests have access to supermarkets and bus stop 9 that offers bus service to both the main town and most beaches of the island. Buses run very frequently.

A great deal of  attention has been given to the design and decoration of the villa. It is beautifully decorated with a style that is unique in Skiathos. Throughout the villa and in the suites, you will find amazing work of arts that are made with the purpose of enhancing the beauty of the area. This combined with the panoramic sea view and the beauty of the surrounding area, creates a unique atmosphere that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

 The swimming pool has amazing water quality due to the technologically advanced water filtration system that uses ozone (O3) in order to filtrate the water.

The owner will be happy to arrange fishing trips, round-the-island boat trips and trips to the neighbouring islands with his private boat.
