VILLA THEA

Villa Thea is situated on a hill close to Xanemos Beach and overlooking Xanemos Bay and the harbour of Skiathos.

All summer it catches the cooling breezes that waft through this end of the island.

Villa Thea comprises of 6 spacious apartments of 50 m2 each. Each apartment has a double bedroom, a large lounge with divans that convert to beds, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and large fridge, and en suite WC with shower. These apartments are ideal for a couple or a family.

Also available are 4 studios with 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen and en suite WC with shower.

All the rooms have French Doors opening to large balconies with stunning views towards Skiathos Town and its harbour or towards the bay of Xanemos and Xanemos Beach.

Stergios and Evthymia Sakellaridis, who own and run Villa Thea, lived and worked in Switzerland for most of their lives and take great pride in having made this villa "up to Swiss standards".

At the entrance to Villa Thea is a large veranda with several tables where on can sit and enjoy the cooling breezes and have a cup of fresh coffee which is freely available all day. There is also plenty of space to park your car.

Villa Thea is just 2 kilometres from Skiathos Harbour and a ten minute stroll from Xanemos Beach.
