Infinity Blue

Over viewing the bay of Kolios, like a royal balcony, you will find Infinity Blue – an exclusive restaurant that successfully mixes Greek tradition with continental cuisine. After a long day at the beach, it is a perfect way to start the evening, enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Aegean sea and the crickets slow down.

The restaurant’s owners, Konstantinos and George, and their crew are at your service to make sure that the meals and the atmosphere are of an unforgettable quality. The owners are always willing to assist you with the menu, helping you to make a choice from their wide variety of food and drink. Special dishes are Lamb Kleftiko and Stifado, but there is always a nice variety of daily fresh fish, which the cook prepares with skill and passion. Do ask for the catch of the day, and the owners will proudly present you their fresh fishes and lobsters.

During the season the following fish types are served: Red Snapper, Seabrass, Seabream, Red Mullet, Swordfish and Shrimps.

For their extensive wine list (over 50 different wines!) you will certainly need a connoisseurs advice. Infinity Blue offers wines in every price range, and there are many exclusive wines on the list from Greece’s finest vinyards.

The restaurant has a private parking, that you can access from the main road, just after bus stop 15 if you come from the direction of Skiathos Town, or just before the turn to Kolios beach if you are coming from the direction of Koukounaries. There also is a staircase entrance opposite Kolios beach.
