At the lower level is the garage with parking for two cars. Located at Kolios, on the south side of the island, just 5 km out of Skiathos Town and 5 minutes drive from several sandy beaches, it receives sun from morning until evening and is perfectly placed for glorious sunsets.

The pool terrace is large and has uninterrupted panoramic views over Kolios and Platanias Bays and across the sea to the island of Evvia. The pool is of 50 m2 with a depth of 2.8 metres. It can be heated in the cooler spring and autumn months

On the ground floor of the main villa is a large living room with an open fire place, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi shower, plus an extra WC. The top floor has 2 large bedrooms both with extensive balconies, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a very large veranda all looking out at the beautiful Mediterranean sea.

The separate guesthouse comprises 2 floors with 5 bedrooms. Ground floor level are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a storage room with the central heating/water installation. On the top floor are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

This villa is also available for long lets throughout autumn, winter & early spring, and is fully centrally heated.
